How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, fill in your shipping info at checkout, select a payment method (Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or Crypto), and place your order. Then send your payment. See our How to Order section for a full walkthrough.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page to look up your shipment.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis for my order?
Yes. COAs are available for every batch. Join our Discord and open a ticket to request the COA for your specific product and batch.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Message us on Discord or email us to discuss bulk pricing. We work with researchers and labs ordering in volume.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final due to the nature of research compounds. Exceptions are made for wrong items shipped, lost packages, or items damaged in transit. See our full Refund Policy for details.
