Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for research compounds. This policy exists because of the sensitive nature of these products, chain-of-custody requirements for research integrity, and the inability to verify proper storage conditions after a product leaves our facility.

Please review all product details, quantities, and your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Exceptions — When We Will Reship or Refund

We will reship or issue a refund in the following specific circumstances:

• Wrong item shipped: You received a different product than what you ordered. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item(s) received and your order details.
• Package lost in transit: Tracking shows no carrier movement or delivery scan for 10+ business days past the ship date. We will open a carrier investigation and reship or refund as appropriate once resolved.
• Visibly damaged on arrival: Your package arrives with clear physical damage that occurred during shipping. Photograph the outer packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan.

How to Request a Resolution

If your order qualifies under one of the exceptions above, contact us within the stated timeframe:

Please include your name, the email address used when ordering, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Processing Time for Approved Requests

Approved reshipping requests are processed within 2–3 business days of approval confirmation. If a refund is issued, it is returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction (Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or Crypto) within 3–5 business days of approval.

Situations We Cannot Refund

We are unable to issue refunds or reshipping for the following:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
• Products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly
• Orders where payment was not received or was reversed by the customer
• Delays caused by the carrier that are outside our control
