This shipping policy outlines how Zenon Research processes and delivers orders placed through zenonresearch.com.
Zenon Research ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed with non-US shipping addresses will not be processed.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Payment confirmation is required before any order enters our fulfillment queue — orders with unconfirmed payments are not processed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and holidays. Zenon Research is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
A tracking number will be emailed to you at the address provided during checkout once your order ships. You can use our Track Your Order page or enter your number directly on the carrier's website.
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No Zenon Research branding, product names, or descriptions appear on the outside of the package. Contents are packed securely to maintain product integrity during transit.
You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, complete US shipping address at checkout. Zenon Research is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping to a corrected address may require an additional shipping fee.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, contact us at contact@zenonresearch.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. See our full Refund Policy for details on how we handle these situations.
All products shipped by Zenon Research are for laboratory and in vitro research use only. By placing an order, you confirm that all products will be used exclusively for research purposes by qualified personnel.
