Ordering
How do I place an order?
No account needed. The process is:
  • Browse the catalog and add items to your cart
  • Click "Checkout" and enter your shipping information
  • Select a payment method (Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo)
  • Place your order — you'll see the exact amount and where to send it
  • Send the payment and we'll ship same day once confirmed
That's it. No passwords, no accounts, no card forms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo. No credit cards or bank transfers. Payment details are provided after you place your order at checkout — we never ask for card numbers, bank credentials, or any sensitive financial information.
Do I need to create an account?
No account needed, ever. We keep things simple — no passwords, no profiles, no email opt-ins. Just add items to your cart, fill in your shipping info, and pay. You'll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once shipped.
Can I order in bulk or get a discount?
Yes. For bulk orders or custom quantities, reach out to us directly on Discord or via email at contact@zenonresearch.com. We handle bulk pricing on a case-by-case basis and can accommodate larger research orders.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We ship same day for orders where payment is confirmed before our daily cutoff. Once shipped, estimated transit time is 2–5 days via USPS. Transit times are carrier estimates and can vary by location — rural addresses may take a day longer.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes, completely. All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no Zenon Research branding, product names, or any identifying text visible on the outside of the box or mailer. The return address is a generic label with no company name.
How do I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed to the address you provided at checkout once your order ships. You can use our Track Your Order page to check the status directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received your tracking info within 24 hours of payment confirmation, check your spam folder, then contact us on Discord or by email.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with non-US shipping addresses cannot be processed.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking shows no carrier movement for 10+ days after your ship date, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation.
  • With shipping insurance: If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll reship at no additional cost.
  • Without shipping insurance: We are not able to guarantee a reship or refund for lost packages, as carrier errors and delivery exceptions are outside our control. We'll still assist with a carrier claim.
We strongly recommend adding the $4.99 shipping insurance at checkout.
Products & Purity
What purity are your compounds?
All compounds we carry meet a minimum of 99% purity. We source exclusively from verified research-grade suppliers and maintain strict quality standards. Purity is not a marketing claim — it's a verifiable number, and COAs are available on request for every product.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. COAs are available for all compounds upon request. Contact us via Discord (fastest) or email at contact@zenonresearch.com — just include the product name. You can also visit our COA Request page for details.
How should I store these compounds?
Most lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C (freezer) when not in use. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C (refrigerator) and use within a reasonable window. Always keep out of direct light and away from moisture. Specific storage recommendations vary by compound — ask us if you're unsure.
Refunds & Returns
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final due to the nature of research-grade compounds. However, we will reship or issue a refund in specific situations:
  • Wrong item shipped: Contact us within 7 days with a photo of what you received.
  • Package lost in transit: After 10+ days with no carrier movement, we'll investigate and reship (if insurance was purchased).
  • Visibly damaged on arrival: Photograph the outer packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

What is shipping insurance and is it worth it?
Shipping insurance is an optional add-on at checkout for $4.99. It covers your order if it's lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged — we'll reship at no extra cost. Without insurance, we can assist with a carrier claim but cannot guarantee a replacement. For any order over $50, it's absolutely worth adding.

Are these products for human use?
No. All products sold by Zenon Research are intended strictly for laboratory and in vitro scientific research use only. They are not intended for, and must not be used for, human consumption, veterinary use, clinical trials, or any diagnostic purpose. By placing an order you confirm your agreement to these terms.
Who can purchase from Zenon Research?
Our products are available to individual researchers, laboratory professionals, academic institutions, biotechnology companies, and other qualified research purchasers. You must be 21 years of age or older and confirm that products will be used exclusively for legitimate laboratory research purposes.
